As my supervisor, Erica was a joy to work with. I always felt that I could come to her with questions, but that she also pushed me to solve problems on my own. An integral part of an internship's learning experience. She was very supportive about me taking on creative projects for the company. She also gave clear and concise comments when I missed the mark on assigned projects. Her feedback struck the perfect balance of constructive criticism and I feel that I grew as a marketer and writer because of it.

Erica is simply IMPRESSIVE. You know those tennis matches where you watch Serena Williams basically leap across the court to lob back whatever comes her way? Erica is like that, except replace the tennis ball with pretty much everything. She's incredibly capable and competent. She is willing to take on the unfamiliar in situations where I have seen many hesitate. To get a sense of the breadth of what she does, in a single day she might be putting together a sales proposal, opening a pull request to make changes on Planet Argon's website, checking in on an existing client, and coordinating work with the dev team. She really handles a lot of the "behind the scenes" work that really makes a company tick.

If I were on a project where the direction forward seemed murky or momentum was stalled, Erica is the person I would want to step in. Erica is adept at finding issues, communicating them well to various stakeholders, and giving constructive criticism when and where it's needed. Erica is also extremely personable and that shows in all mediums of communication, be it in person, on a call, or written.
